The level design also feels kind of lazy with a lot of "fall here to progress". Fortunately, the bosses in the DLC don't really suffer from the "stupid" mode and are enjoyable (save 1 because they keep freaking crossing the massive arena and you have to run _allllll_ the way over to them only to have them jump to the other side and run _allllll_ the way back #annoying. Sure, not difficult but also stupid and not fun to play against. And then they give you another area that is just literal death if you are unable to properly "hide" as you run to an end. They pretty much start right off with a BS unit that you can't hit but unleashes machinegun magic death upon you as you make your way through an area. And the parts I'm talking about aren't even actually difficult they are just actually really not at an enjoyable experience. This one the devs listened to the "wE nEeD mOaR hArD" crowd but instead of actually making things difficult but fair they took the route of "difficult but stupid". Vanilla and AoA had difficult moments but everything felt "fair". You should be able to summon Lapp to assist you with this fight, which should make it a tad easier.11h 41m PlayedBlech, this is the DLC where the creators when full stupid. Once this is done, continue forward to The Demon Prince boss fight. Exhaust his dialogue and he'll hand it over. After resting there, Lapp will appear and tell you about a treasure you can grab in the swamp to the east. You should eventually come across the Earthern Peak Ruins bonfire ahead. Talk to him, exhaust his dialogue, and continue forward. Make your way across and you'll find Lapp sitting on a rock. Head back inside the church and now you can use that fallen tower as a bridge.
